Storage for tools and site materials in Lisbon

To store tools and site materials, look for a closed unit with access at any hour and loading at the door. For a small crew or a sole tradesperson, 6 to 11 m² is usually enough. At Matinha, units cost €120 to €175 a month + VAT.

How much space to count

Add up what you have today: toolboxes, ladders, small scaffolding, pallets of material. Leave an aisle to reach everything, otherwise what is at the back never comes out.

• 6 m²: €120 a month + VAT. A pallet and a half, or tools and a little material.
• 8 m²: €140 a month + VAT.
• 11 m²: €175 a month + VAT. Regular stock with room to organise.
• From 20 m²: €15 per m² a month + VAT.

What to check before renting

• Access at any hour, weekends included. A job starts early and finishes late.
• Loading at the unit door, so you can unload the van without carrying material far.
• A closed unit and your own padlock, so only the people the company chooses can get in.
• Ground floor, with no stairs on the way.
• A contract that follows the length of the job, from month to month to long term.

Site materials, workshop or events

The same unit works for site equipment, event materials or furniture between projects. If the work moves around, the material stays put, ten minutes from the centre.

Office and storage in one building

The units are on the ground floor at Matinha, in the same building as the coworking and the offices. If you already have a desk or an office, the unit goes on the same invoice. On the visit we show you the units and tell you which are free, because availability changes.
