Coworking day pass in Lisbon: what to check

To work a day in a coworking space in Lisbon without joining, buy a day pass and check what it includes: hours, seat, internet and meeting room. At Matinha, in Marvila, a day pass costs €19, VAT included, and gives you a day in the open space from 9am to 6pm.

What a day pass should include

• A seat at a work table, not just a chair on a sofa.
• Fast Wi-Fi and sockets within reach.
• Clear hours: when it opens and closes.
• Coffee, tea or water, so you don't have to leave every time you are thirsty.
• Somewhere to take calls without disturbing others.

What you get at Matinha

The open space is in an industrial hall with high ceilings and natural light. Daily cleaning, Wi-Fi, a printer, phone booths, a kitchen, a lounge, tea, flavoured water and fruit are all included. Public parking at the door is free, and dogs are welcome.

One day or several

• For a day or two, the day pass is €19 with VAT included.
• To use it several times over a few months, the pack of 10 days costs €99 + VAT.
• If you come about ten days a month, the hybrid plan costs €90 a month + VAT.
• If you need a meeting room, you pay separately: €20 an hour with VAT included, on weekdays from 9am to 6pm for non-members.
