Spaces
Where are you?
Two buildings in Lisbon's eastern industrial district: WorkHub Matinha (Praceta da Tabaqueira A2, 1950-256 Lisboa) and WorkHub Prata (Rua Fernando Palha 29B, Braço de Prata, Lisboa).

Matinha has coworking, private offices and storage units. Prata has private offices only.
Can I come and see it first?
Yes. Pick a day and time online and we'll show you around — both buildings on the same day if you like.
Book a visit →Is there parking?
Yes. At Matinha there is free public parking at the door; at Prata, private parking is included in the monthly fee. Both buildings have bike parking.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Both buildings are pet-friendly, with no fee and no special request.

Coworking and offices
What is the difference between a flex and a fixed desk?
A flex desk (€125/month + VAT) is any free desk in the open space, on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, with 4 hours of meeting rooms a month. A fixed desk (€182/month + VAT) is always yours, with 24/7 access, a locker and 5 hours of meeting rooms a month.

Yes. Your first day is free with the code FREETRIAL: book a visit and tell us the code. After that, a day pass is €19 (VAT incl.), or €99 + VAT for a pack of 10.
On demand →How big are the private offices?
Offices of 15 to 20 m² for 4 people start at €832/month + VAT; 30 to 45 m² for 6 to 10 people, from €1,200/month + VAT. Larger teams get a tailored quote. Contracts run from 1 to 24 months, and the longer the contract, the better the price.
Private offices →Are meeting rooms included?
Yes: 4 hours a month with a flex desk, 5 with a fixed desk, 10 with an S office and 20 with an L office. Beyond that, or if you're not a member, rooms cost €20 an hour (VAT incl.). Members can book from 7am to 9pm; non-members on weekdays, 9am to 6pm.
Can I use the address as my business address?
Yes. The virtual office gives you a business address and mail handling for €45/month + VAT.

Storage
When can I get to my storage unit?
At any time, 24 hours a day, weekends included. You load and unload right at the door.
Storage →How much does it cost?
6 m² for €120, 8 m² for €140 and 11 m² for €175 a month, + VAT. From 20 m², €15 per m². The notice period depends on the length of the contract.

Members and billing
Where do members book rooms?
In the member portal, where you also see your bookings and invoices. If you can't sign in, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Member portal →I have a desk, an office and a storage unit. How many invoices do I get?
One. Everything you use, in either building, goes on the same invoice.
Who issues the invoices?
LXWH Spaces, Lda. (company no. 513 149 651). Invoices are certified and include your VAT number.
When is reception open?
Reception: weekdays, 9am–6pm. Fixed desks, offices and storage have 24/7 access with your own card.
