11years bringing
industry back to life

We've been in Lisbon's eastern industrial district since 2015. We started in a wine warehouse and carried on in buildings that stood empty — not out of a love of concrete, but because that's what is still here and worth using.

Bringing old and new together

An empty industrial building is a decision put off: either you knock it down or you put it to use. We always choose the second. We keep the structure, the height and the marks of what the building used to be, and add only what it takes to work inside — light, heating, internet, decent bathrooms.

Restoring is also the simplest form of sustainability we know: you don't build again what is already built.
