Accessibility, air quality, ventilation systems, easy cleaning of spaces and furniture are duly taken care of so that you feel safe working in our space.
We are all responsible for complying with and enforcing health and safety measures.
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing
We have reinforced hygienization and disinfection of the facilities in the areas with higher risk of infection transmission. The desks are sanitized and disinfected daily.
Signage and Information
To reinforce best hygiene and safety practices, there are distance guidelines distributed throughout the space and visual signage is placed throughout the space
Air quality
Ventilation systems that ensure 100% of air circulation and fresh air intake have been installed in order to ensure a safe environment and reduce the risk of airborne transmissions.
Reduced Capacity
In order to guarantee minimum distance, occupation is limited to common spaces such as meeting rooms, event rooms, pantry, and reception. Circulation through the spaces is always on the right.
Equipment Usage
Next to the points of bigger contact you will find alcohol gel dispensers that you should use before and after using such equipment.
Products for disinfection of work surfaces are available at the Reception whenever necessary.
People
We are together in the fight against this pandemic. We know that some health and safety measures have a direct impact on the work environment, procedures, company culture and the way we interact. It is therefore important to find new ways to bring people together without compromising their safety.
Returning to work doesn't have to be a challenge. We want you to focus on your project! We make sure that all safety measures are in place. That is our job!
Space
We continue to adapt our space and services to make Lisbon WorkHub a safe place. We are attentive to new information that arises about the fight against COVID-19 and the guidelines of the responsible entities.
The air conditioning and ventilation systems, the organization of the different spaces, the home automation options and the accessibility were chosen with the residents' safety and comfort in mind.
